Written behalf of daughter my Mother english is a little poor but came home and expressed nurse treated her well and explained everything very well.

Although don't think my treatment procedure was necessary, it was great that all precautions have been taken to make sure that I am as possible. staff were very hospitality and willing to keep as much do possoble.

Suggested improvements
Difficult to say given the high number of people that were seen and the very procedure was approximately 20 minutes late although that is not bad I wish I was seen earlier in that day, but I know that not always possible.
